Cleaning & Sanitisation Standards
The safety of our guests is always our highest priority. Here's what we're doing to ensure that our vacation rentals meet the latest guidance on hygiene and cleaning (these health safety measures include but are not limited to):
Up-to-date with the latest guidelines
We're actively monitoring the situation based on updates from the World Health Organization, the Malta Health Authorities and Malta Tourism Authority, and will continue to respond based on the best advice of governments, public health authorities, and medical professionals.
Quality assurance and maintenance
Inspected property for compliance with cleaning, safety and maintenance protocols prior to each guest arrival. Ensured the overall health, safety and quality of each property with routine preventative maintenance, including testing of airconditioners, maintaining appliances, testing smoke and CO detectors, and confirming access to fire extinguishers.
Cleaning products
All our products meet the established criteria for use against the virus that causes COVID-19.
Trained Professionals
Our housekeepers follow protocol and always look for ways to improve upon their craft.
Proper PPE Usage
All housekeepers and inspectors wear protective masks and gloves when cleaning rentals.
Linen and bedding
All linen, towels and laundry are cleaned at a commercial-grade professional laundry facility and in accordance with established guidelines. We eliminate excess contact and minimize potential spread of germs by bagging dirty linen for transport.
Overall Cleaning and Disinfecting
Disinfected and sanitized high-touch surfaces at our property. This includes wiping down any and all items that guests, owners and service-providers come into contact with, including keys, doorknobs, handrails, tabletops, appliances, electronics, and light switches. As well as sanitized soft surfaces and upholstery.
Re-washed Dinnerware
Housekeepers re-wash all dinnerware, including dinner plates, glasses, coffee cups and silverware, between arrivals.
Sanitisation gel & wipes
Santisation gel for hand-use and wipes for wiping luggage before entering the apartment is available in all our rentals.
Guidelines for guests
Guidelines on COVID measures in place at our properties which entail guest collaboration are sent to all guests before arrival. Indications on the local situation, health contact numbers and where to access updated information about COVID in Malta is also included in the information sent.

We are offering special rates and flexible conditions to who may choose to work from home away from home for a short term period, or simply need a change of environment and feel safe with COVID measures and sanitisation protocols in place.

Our apartments are designed and accessorised to make you feel at home. You don’t need to get anything along except your personal belongings. You can go about living as at home in a clutter free environment and making use of the private breathing space and spectacular views our apartments offer.

Water, electricity and high speed internet are included in our special rates.
WEEKLY CLEANING
Feel pampered.
That little pampering may go a long way for one's wellbeing under the current world scenario we are living day to day. At your option we may arrange a weekly deep clean of the apartment to ensure that your living space is well sanitised and kept orderly for your peace of mind. Our trusted housekeeper will be equipped with protective clothing.
